Edgeley fielding only 10 players were first to score from a short corner as Debbie Moles powered a shot home. Amy Nicklin soon clawed it back with a raised goal from open play 3 minutes later. Amy tried another raised shot but the keeper save that one and then Jenny Worth put away. At this point we realised the Edgely keeper had no gloves and the game stopped while she borrowed Reddish's spare ones! Edgeley scored again and it closed 2 all at half time.

Second half saw Reddish on the offensive and Amy scored off a short 4 minutes in. Edgeley's Nicola Adamson made a cracking run down the middle of the pitch to bring the score back to 3-3. Jenny Worth was the next to score after a scramble in the D saw her pick up a rebound and skilfully lift it over a defenders stick into the net. 2 minutes later Amy scored for Reddish. The game pace did not let up and Edgeley soon had another crack from a short where Debbie powered the ball home again. Another goal for Reddish saw the final score at 6-4 to Reddish.
