 Thriller

Reddish and Edgeley's thriller was tit for tat from start to finish. Viv Hudson who had a terrific game scoring all Edgeley's goals scored first. Jenny Worth equalised. Viv Hudson scored again and then Jenny Worth brought the ball beyond the half way line, past half a dozen opponents to level the score once more. Worth was player of the match and the cog which set outstanding play in motion. Amy Nicklin scored 2 for Reddish, one from a superb reverse stick shot and Sam Piggin scored from a great forward line up that included Emma Higgs. Reddish defenders Kelly Short and Hannah Meadwell did well to keep it a Reddish win 5-4.
